INFINITT North America exceeded all expectations in 2012, achieving sales goals and steadily gaining ground in the large hospital market. We rolled out many product & service upgrades, helping our customers with regulatory compliance and workflow refinements, and providing the tools to make the sharing of images and reports almost transparent to the end user. These efforts should win our customers greater loyalty from the referring community, and allow patients better access to their own medical records.
We are also proud that INFINITT PACS ranked #1 in the Best in KLAS Awards: Software and Services report for the Community Hospital market for the fourth year in a row. I assure you, this ranking does not come easily. At the RSNA last December, a prominent thought leader in our industry came up to the booth and asked, “What is INFINITT doing that enables you to hold that position and have such a high satisfaction rating with your customers?”
The answer is, we respond to customer requests, more often than not, with ‘yes, we can do that’ – and then we follow through on our promises.
INFINITT has developed a corporate culture – from the top down and the bottom up – that recognizes each customer’s uniqueness, and does its utmost to find the best solution to meet or exceed their individual needs. This mindset is intrinsic to our business strategy, and it’s apparent in everything we do, from product design through project management, implementation, training, ongoing support and upgrades.
