Hollywood Presbyterian Selects INFINITT PACS
HPMC will be using INFINITT's Replacement & Data Migration Services to
Migrate Data from Legacy Systems
December 16, 2009 - Phillipsburg, NJ -- INFINITT North America, a technology leader in web-based image and information management solutions, today announced that Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center (HPMC), a top-rated, acute-care facility located in Los Angeles, California, has selected the INFINITT PACS to replace its legacy image and information management system.
HPMC has been caring for the Hollywood community and surrounding areas since 1924, and currently has an imaging procedure volume of approximately 100,000 studies per year. HPMC was an early adopter of PACS technology, and will be using INFINITT's Replacement & Data Migration Services to consolidate image data from two previous systems into a single image archive.
The medical center has distinguished itself as a leading health care provider, offering comprehensive services from emergency care, orthopedic surgery and cancer care to highly-specialized fetal surgery and comprehensive cardiac care.
