VoiceOver PRO integrates with the INFINITT Digital Pathology Solution, letting pathologists open cases, navigate slides, markup findings, and dictate reports without leaving the viewer or reaching for a keyboard.
Roslyn Heights, NY, Oct. 13, 2026 — Voicebrook, Inc., the leader in pathology workflow automation, driving reporting end to end, and INFINITT North America, a global enterprise imaging partner for medical institutions, today announced a new integration connecting Voicebrook’s VoiceOver PRO® to the INFINITT Digital Pathology Solution (IDPS).
The integration lets pathologists move between digital slide review and report creation by voice. Within IDPS, pathologists can open cases and slides from the worklist, move through the slide panel, control zoom and navigation, and place measurements and annotations directly on the image, all without switching tools. Narrative dictation and structured data capture happen in the same pass, while the pathologist stays focused on the slide in front of them.
Enterprise imaging raises the bar for the pathology report
IDPS is built on the INFINITT Healthcare Platform, the same standards-based enterprise imaging foundation behind INFINITT’s radiology solutions. That lineage matters for how pathologists expect to work. Voice-driven reporting has been standard practice in radiology for two decades, where the reading environment and the reporting environment are assumed to be one continuous experience rather than two applications a specialist alternates between.
As pathology moves onto enterprise imaging platforms, it inherits that expectation. This integration is built to meet it: the viewer and the report behave as one workflow, and the pathologist’s hands and attention stay on the case.
What pathologists can do by voice
- Command and Control for Slide Review: Open cases and slides from the worklist, move through the slide panel, and control core viewer interactions including zoom and navigation, reducing reliance on the keyboard and mouse during review.
- Markup and Measurement: Add measurements, points, and shape-based annotations directly on slides by voice, documenting key diagnostic findings as they are observed rather than afterward.
- One Continuous Workflow: Dictate narrative content and capture structured data without leaving the slide environment, so case review and report creation stop competing for the pathologist’s attention.
“Pathology is joining enterprise imaging, and it inherits the expectation radiology set years ago: a specialist should not have to stop and operate the software in order to do the work,” said Melanie Shedd, Vice President of Product at Voicebrook. “This integration removes the barriers between the pathologist and the information they need. They navigate, markup, measure, and dictate without changing tools or breaking concentration, which means less cognitive overload and more room for the judgment only they can bring.”
“Digital pathology is becoming an essential part of enterprise imaging, but it needs to fit naturally into the way pathologists work,” said David Smarro, President and CEO of INFINITT North America. “Bringing Voicebrook’s reporting capabilities into the INFINITT Digital Pathology Solution means fewer interruptions and a simpler, more connected experience, so pathologists can spend more time delivering accurate, timely diagnoses.”
