An Important Update Regarding COVID-19
We are closely monitoring the global pandemic and our thoughts go out to those who have been impacted directly or indirectly. We want to thank all the healthcare workers who must put themselves in harm’s way to perform their duties. Rest assured- your diligence and dedication have not gone unnoticed.
At INFINITT North America, our first priority continues to be the health of our customers, employees, partners and communities. In order to reduce the risk of all involved, we have converted to a remote workforce. Our employees will work from their homes to maintain business continuity and to ensure that we are doing our part in preventing the spread of this disease. Onsite support from INFINITT personnel will be halted at this time: this includes training, sales support, demonstrations, field service, implementation-related visits, etc. We are well prepared to address customer-related issues remotely and in virtual meetings as needed.
This is a challenging time and we’re doing our best to ensure that our customers are receiving the same quality of support and customer service that we so proudly stand behind. Meanwhile, we encourage everyone to remain protected by practicing self-isolation, social distancing, and increased handwashing. In following these guidelines, each of us contributes personally to flattening the curve.
